Have you already found an alternative product? Then please include it on the returns form.
Alternatively we will be more then happy to refund you the purchase price.
No printer? No problem. You can print your parcel return label at a Post Office or Customer Service Point.
Please ensure to obtain a proof of postage at time of posting.
