- What payment options are available?
For your convenience you may pay by any of the major credit, debit or purchasing cards. You may also send us a cheque along with your order made payable to engelbert strauss.
- Do you offer embroidery?
Yes. Take advantage of our great personalisation options.
We offer name embroidery at a low initial set-up cost of just £4.99. Pay just an additional £3.99 per embroidered item, whether it’s a jacket, bib and brace, fleece, sweatshirt or polo.
We also offer logo embroidery on a wide range of our workwear. Pay just £19.99 for the initial set-up of your logo embroidery, and then just £3.99 per item. To place your order, please use the embroidery order form on our website or call one of our embroidery specialists at 0800 294 9100.
- Delivery?
We offer free delivery starting at just £90 (exc VAT). There is no minimum order. Even on small orders below £90 (exc VAT), there is only a small delivery charge of £4.95.
- Do you do samples?
Yes. There is no minimum order and we are happy to send even single quantities for viewing or testing purposes. If you do not wish to keep the item, (we will arrange collection at our expense and fully credit your account. ) we do offer a prepaid returns label. Simply take the parcel to your local post-office and send it back to us. Once we receive the goods back we will fully credit your account.
