In the unlikely event that an item does not meet with your expectations you can exchange it within one month in it's original condition.

The exchange process is quick and straightforward:

Please fill in the returns form included in the parcel.
   You have already found an alternative product? Then please include it
   on the returns form.
   Alternatively we will be more then happy to refund you the purchase
   price.

Return the goods via your local Post Office using the free returns label
   received with your delivery.


    
Please ensure to obtain a proof of postage at time of posting.

Please note: Items made to special customer specifications or items personalised with customer details (embroidered or printed) are not exchangeable / refundable.
