  1. How can I go about placing an order?

    We at engelbert strauss offer quick and easy ordering. Take advantage of one of our many convenient ways to place your order.

    • Fax - Simply fax in your order to our Fax 0 1252 60 7857, using the order forms in the back of the catalogue, available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
    • You can always eMail your order to us, simply mail the order in to sales@engelbert-strauss.co.uk. Our convenient online shopping cart is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, simply put any item you’d like to purchase in to our online shopping cart at www.engelbert-strauss.co.uk.

  2. What payment options are available?

    For your convenience you may pay by any of the major credit, debit or purchasing cards. You may also send us a cheque along with your order made payable to engelbert strauss.

  3. Do you offer embroidery?

    Yes. Take advantage of our great personalisation options.

    We offer name embroidery at a low initial set-up cost of just £4.99. Pay just an additional £3.99 per embroidered item, whether it’s a jacket, bib and brace, fleece, sweatshirt or polo.

    We also offer logo embroidery on a wide range of our workwear. Pay just £19.99 for the initial set-up of your logo embroidery, and then just £3.99 per item. To place your order, please use the embroidery order form on our website or call one of our embroidery specialists at 0 1252 60 7855.

  4. Delivery?

    We offer free delivery starting at just £90 (ex. VAT). There is no minimum order. Even on small orders below £90 (ex. VAT), there is only a small delivery charge of £4.95.

  5. Do you do samples?

    Yes. There is no minimum order and we are happy to send even single quantities for viewing or testing purposes. If you do not wish to keep the item, (we will arrange collection at our expense and fully credit your account. ) we do offer a prepaid returns label. Simply take the parcel to your local post-office and send it back to us. Once we receive the goods back we will fully credit your account.

  6. How long is the delivery period?

    We despatch your order the day it is received – that means for you that your purchase will be with you in 2-3 working days. Even embroidery or print orders will only take 7-10 working days.

  7. Can I return my goods if I am not satisfied?

    Yes. Take advantage of our no quibble guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused products at our expense. We will replace or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet the normal engelbert strauss standards. Simply phone our customer service phone number 0 1252 60 7855 and one of our customer service agents will be happy to assist you.

  8. Will I be charged for returning my goods?

    No. To ensure hassle-free and speedy returns we now include FREE pre-printed returns lables with all deliveries.

  9. If no one is in when my goods are delivered/ collected what do I do?

    Our parcel carrier will leave a note and redeliver the items when you are available. When placing an order with engelbert strauss you can also provide us with an alternative delivery address to assure that your order can be delivered to you as fast and as convenient as possible. For collection of returned items or delivery queries please phone one of our customer service agents on our phone 0 1252 60 7855 and we’ll be happy to assist you with your delivery or collection details.

  10. What is the order process?
    • To the desired item:
      Here you can choose from almost 20,000 items. In the top bar you can view a list of our current selection by main heading by selecting the "Products" menu option. As soon as you move your mouse pointer over the menu option, the window showing the main headings opens. If you hover over your chosen heading, a window opens on the right showing all sub-headings and detail headings. Clicking the individual headings takes you to your chosen products. As soon as you have chosen a product by clicking, you can add products to your basket on the product details page with quantities, colours and sizes if applicable.
    • Ordering:
      If you want to place an order, click "ADD TO BASKET". If you want to see what is in your basket, click "Show basket" in the top right of the screen on the basket symbol. This shows an overview of your basket contents. Here you can add logos to your items, change quantities, delete selected items or view your items again.
    • Check order:
      If your order is correct you can click "Place Order". You can then choose to either log in and place your order as a registered user, to register as a new customer or to continue your order without registering. You will then be asked to enter your address details (for registered customers there will already be stored). You can also specify an alternative delivery address here. In order step 4 you can choose your preferred payment method, step 5 allows you to perform a final check of your order. After confirming your acceptance of our terms and conditions of business, you can place your order by clicking "BUY NOW".
